Refund policy

At Apronworx we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. While we do not offer refunds, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues or are dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us directly.  

We will replace any defective aprons should there be any manufacturing defects. 

We will work with you to address any concerns and find a solution that meets your needs. This may include offering an exchange, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
